Very helpful for clueless homeowners (me). If you don't know what it's called or what it looks like they'll help learn you. Very info, much parts. Of course they have a better selection than Home Depot, so if it's complicated, go there first.

This is by far the best Platt that I've been. I needed over a hundred lamp holders which I did not have model numbers or any kind of descriptive text onset holders but they went through bunch of photos to look for the specific type of lamp I needed

The young lady behind the counter awesome and helpful though she doesn't have much electrical knowledge,

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at the Platt store in Aberdeen, WA. Rich F. helped me track down a screwdriver bit for my Klein screwdriver. It was a five dollar item but I was treated like I was purchasing a $500 tool. He ordered it Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday! I highly recommend Platt.
