Got my lincoln mks serviced today (3/24/22) with these wonderful people. Took me in last minute due to a minor scheduling hiccup.Very knowledgeable about their cars and fixed my baby up! Everyone in the shop is very pleasant and so helpful! Will reccomend this company as I was reccomend by my mom. 😊❤️

Had my back window on my Nissan replaced not only were they fast but I had rust issues under the the window and they were able to fix it. very pleased with the service and quality.

The woman I talked to was haughty and rude, plus way more expensive than completion, I would not want that to happen at my business. First impressions on the phone make you or break you.

We had our windshield replaced by The Glass Guy. Everything from start to finish was handled wonderfully. There was a VERY MINOR issue with the reconnect of the wiper fluid hose, which was addressed and corrected immediately, as you would expect, from any business. Even with that we are still giving them five stars, because everyone was WONDERFUL to deal with. Sometimes people forget we are all human and sometimes things just happen. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT GLASS GUY. They also have the cutest puppies to play with while you wait.

The Glass Guy did everything he said he would do in the time he said he would do it and didn't charge me for two rust spots which are usually extra. The waiting room is large and homey and they even have wipes in the restroom. The office lady was also accommodating, changing my appointment date without a hitch.

Glass Guy was recommended on an Ocean Shores FB group by someone that took their car there to get chips fixed. Great recommendation! The Aberdeen store is clean, convenient & employed with great people. They are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Owner Wendy has awesome customer service skills! We highly recommend Glass Guy to anyone that needs windshield repair or replacement!

Knowledgeable and professional staff that gave excellent service and quality results on a chronic leaking problem. Leaks from roof rack and windshield framing are common in rain country on old cars. The things one learns in life. The wet had begun affecting my electrical system. Literally to the point of my car electronics going off and on when no key was in the car. Lights and air vent went on in the night, radio on, it was startling and weird. Thank you to the staff and management for the superb help.
