Easiest vehicle purchase we’ve made! First dealership that didn’t flat out lie to me. I had concerns about the towing capacity for my boat, and they took the time to do the research and answer our questions. They even let us take the truck for the day to test-drive while towing. Thank you, we love the truck!

I would never recommend the five-star dealership to anyone. I purchased a used car from there in May of 2022. My salesman disregarded concerns I had about how difficult it was to turn the steering wheel, which turned out to be a bad steering pump that needed to be replaced. I found out the battery was bad, too, after taking the car in for a pre-trip safety check. It is now obvious that they didn't fully inspect the vehicle before they put it on the sales floor as they had claimed. The service guy, Kevin, was rude to me nearly every time I had to interact with him, which was a lot because it took several visits for those 2 issues to be fully repaired. It is my opinion that folks should take their business elsewhere.

These guys are the best. I bought my Bronco Sport at another dealership and was very sad to leave the area. Upon relocating to Ocean Shores, we discovered Five Star in Aberdeen. Their service department is truly Five Star.

Try to shop local until the local car dealership tries to screw you over one too many times. Some of the salesman and specifically management are cut throat and will take advantage at any opportunity they can. You would be better off driving out of town where dealerships have higher volumes and less of a captured market. 5 Star is a joke.

Go here!!!! They're only good at selling used cars with very high miles that are in the 2012 area and upside down loans they are professionals at that don't go here or you might die from their horrible service

Best dealership in Pacific Northwest for respect towards customers. A cut above other dealerships I have dealt with and firm commitment to the best buying experience possible.

Ric in service department has in my opinion gone way above what I would have expected in dealing with my problem F 250. He continually kept me up to date with issues and I can only say I really appreciate his support and rest assured you have a customer for life.

By far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I was given a reasonable price for my trade in. Low pressure sales, Gary was very personable and made the experience smooth and easy, explained all the controls & functions thoroughly. Highly recommend purchasing here!
