Phoned Geoff and even though not an emergency, still came out same evening. Tried for a cost effective fix but after it became obvious the mechanism needed changing, he had the part in the van and the job was done. Made sure I was happy and said to call him back if any issues arose. Even though a part needed changing, I think the price was still reasonable. Geoff is also very friendly and I will have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends. Diolch.

Our UPVC French doors decided that they wouldn't lock. Contacted Geoff that same evening and the problem was rectified by 2:30pm the next day. Very responsive and got the job done quickly with no fuss. Would highly recommend 👍

Had a problem with our kitchen door lock and gave G G Locksmith a ring at 4 30 on Friday afternoon expecting him to make an appointment for the following week.Geoff turned up 30 mins later and fixed the problem almost immediately.
It was almost worth having the problem just to experience the level of service we received.

These people are rip offs, they told me on the phone that it would be $99 and then charged me $150, It literally took him 20 seconds to open my vehicle!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Can't understand how they have a five star review, what a joke!!

Geoff has just been out to repair a window and door lock. He was efficient, polite took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me a price before starting the job. Would definitely recommend!!

I have used GG locksmiths three times now. Once for changing the locks on my new home, putting a lock on my garden gate and shed and repairing a faulty patio door.
