Unfortunately this place highly dissapointed me.
Having a couple of possitive reviews I decided to surprise my guests and ordered for the treatment 4 days in advance. One of the administrators assured me, that the entrance to the spa area does not need to be booked in advance, only the treatment needs to be pre-booked, in order for them to be able to arrange it.
On the day when my guests were supposed to come, the administrator called me again and said, the are not able to provide one of the prebooked treatments. More than that, they told me, that the spa area is full and my guests will not even be able to enter. Reason - NO BRACELETS
Conclusion:

Hanling of customer requests is on a very low level. The stuff is highly unqualified and not customer-orriented.

My friends ,my husband and I have been the visitors to the spa-salon in August. The atmosphere was great from the beginning! Very clean and tidy! Fantastic food and great saunas! Wonderful procedures! Very professional staff!We spend all day there, but the filling was like we only arrived !We live in Australia and I can compare the quality in service !Well done guys ! Highly recommended Slon - spa to everyone! 👍👍👍

This is the place to WASTE your time. Extremely RUDE and NEGLIGENT staff that does not apologize or recognize their mistakes! STAY AWAY!!! Words cannot describe how HORRIBLE this place is! SCUM!

Крутой спа салон! Отличный ремонт и хорошо работают девочки на ресепшене! Всегда помогут и все детально расскажут за любую процедуру. Записываться можно по телефону. Цены - не сказала бы, что дорого.
Относятся ко всем клиентам замечательно и даже не важно, как и в чем ты одета!
