Hospital Krung Siam St. Carlos Medical Centre

Private hospital contains a lot of staff with average quality of services and skills but high cost. Recommend for very common diseases like flu and diarrhoea.

Horribly slow and ask for unnecessary test which is not related to symptoms... highly not recommended to go.. there is better option near please go to there

Came here for a friend need to be checked but they keep us waited for 1hr and 30 min. If we didn’t asked they wouldn’t say that the doctor was not available. They nurses keep on asking something that was very irrelevant with what we came for.. just to buy some time. Never come here again👎

There are tons of staffs walking around. Really no one is working. They just walk around leaving patients waiting for no reason.

Staffs ask unnecessary questions. Just an example. A nearby patient was hit by a motorcycle and she had to wait for more than 30 min. Only after she asked if there was no doctor to look at her conditions, then the nurse started to pay attention and asked about the conditions of the patient. The nurse asked a few general questions and then went on to ask where is the cyclist. Really?! Thats the kind of question you asked a patient what got hit??? And that's asked before asking if she was hurt anywhere else.

Oh I was there just to get a tetanus shot. Took 45 min wait to get to the doctor while was one patient waiting before me.

Hope this paints a picture of how this hospital operates. If you are seriously injured, might be faster to take a highway to go somewhere else. And if your conditions are not serious, still go somewhere else!

Very good hospital. Nurses were hard working, courteous and kind. Doctor was excellent. Sometimes we just have to be patient and wait our turn.

Do not get tested for COVID here (RTPCR). Terrible service and doesn't meet the result's expected release.

This is not a diagnostic mystery. And process is very slow that time not that much patients

Convenient, near expressway.
Staff are caring.
Doctor can give clear explanations about symptoms.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service.
