On the 24/06/2021 when i was paying the parking at the Alhambra park number 2 the automatic machine kept a note of 20€ without recognizing the payment. I went to the assistants and made a "ficha solicitud devolución a cliente" describing what happened and the guys told me they couldn't prove that i had paid, so they made me pay 20€ again and said they would give it back once their boss counted how much money he had on the machine. One week has passed, i contacted them many times by phone and they always make excuses, "my boss is not here now" or "your baking account number isn't working" and last time they said they would try to pay back again. This is a huge scam and if the money doesnt come back i will have to rely on justice.

Parking service was excellent and secured. Unfortunately we came in late so had to park bit far from the main entrance. The cost was bit reasonable comparing with Netherlands. Rather then taking risk on street I preferred to park here.

Easy parking to visit the Alhambra and walk down into Granada. Trek back up the hill on foot if you've got the energy! It was only €5 by taxi

Lots of space and easy to find with a short walk down hill to the Alhambra and a longer 10 minute much steeper walk into Granada old town, but you can catch the bus back for €1.40 euro.

Pricey for sure, but really easy and convenient. Means you avoid any driving down in the city.

Good outdoor parking with fairly large spaces. It’s a very nice walk into Granada from the car park.

It's open air, not sheltered from the weather, couldn't find a toilet, when we came back to pay there was quite a queue and the ticket wouldn't work, we had to queue at the hatch and the man gave us another ticket so guess what...we queued the third time...

24 hours paid to park. After visiting Alhambra Palace, park the car and walk down the old city. It's busy and has narrow streets. It's 15 min walk. Keep in mind, coming back up is very steep.
