Mira que Nigüelas es un pueblo chiquito, pero posee distintos atractivos, desde las fallas, a senderos, numerosas fuentes, aljibes... y esta Iglesia de San Juan Bautista, que destaca por su solidez y armoniosa belleza, además de la torre.
Aparte de info básica como que se empezó a construir en el siglo XVI y que poco después sufrió un incendio, me interesaría destacar que utilizaron muchos elementos de la zona, de sus canteras, maderas incluso artesanos. Me sentí gratamente orgulloso como si de este pueblo fuera.
Junto a ella disfrutamos de una bonita plaza, un aljibe , fuente y un centro de interpretación del olivo. ¡Enhorabuena!
