when i went to get some popcorn and drinks there was only one employee working and he was sitting and drinking a slush while i was waiting for him to take my order and he kept focusing on finishing his slush and not listening to what i want i asked him if i could get the minions popcorn box which he said yes and when i paid he then proceeds to give me a standard one and when i told him multiple times i wanted the minions one he said i should’ve ordered the combo! he could have said that earlier. Also their slush machine was broken they’re using the one u could find in carnivals and cafeteria that u could find anywhere for less amount of money and it doesn’t taste good, and they don’t have anyone monitoring people during the screening of the movie which is upsetting because there’re a lot of people who keep annoying everyone with their phones or loud voices. Very bad management to be honest

4dx was great surprise for me.. Every thing in the cinema is perfect. Prices a little bit high especially for large families

I took the kids to this place, and it was a total mess…we went there and chose a movie for our kids, and watched it in room number 6. The room was fine and the screen was marvellous. However, most of the other kids were there without their parents, and I don’t need to tell you how was it. I mean the kids were playing with small balls, and throwing them at us. Screaming, shouting and jumping without and any control whatsoever. We had a very very bad time in room number 6.

I got out and talked to the guy who was in charge about what happened. And all he said “we are sorry man!!!!! But we can’t do anything about it, because this is the company policy, parents are allowed to leave their their kids in room 6 and room 5 “. I was was very disappointed. I will never take my kids there again!!!!!!!!

Never ever watch a movie in 4D 😅 what a waste of time and money.

A multiplex with 12 screens and a 4D max theatre. Nice place for entertainment

Great experience in Abha Al Rasheed mall.

No intervals. They are running movie in a very flat sound. No surround and dts. And volume was very low compared to original DTS sound. Over all not satisfied.
