Abha Crown Hotel

For the price (SR 990) for 2 nights, the rooms were small and shabby, the toilets can't fit a normal human, the internet is fair and the breakfast is absolutely horrible! Nothing was served, you had ask for help, when we asked what is in the menu, he didn't speak English and then he started saying things like bread, butter, jam, honey etc. We immediately left. Not recommended at all!

Good hotel rooms, good interiors and that's it. Rest every thing from staff to toilets in room are not upto satisfaction. The toilets are very small and lot of leakages. The breakfast during off-season is not good as they are giving bread, butter and jam.

Stayed here for 2 days and 3 nights. The rooms were clean and well maintained. But the washroom was very small.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the disappointment began. Our group (5 pax) traveled to Abha hoping for a good stay. Our trip was met with several hindrances, however hoping that the travel ordeal would stop at the hotel was an overly optimistic view. The first day, we arrived at 3:30 am due to the bad weather and roadblocks. Upon arrival we were met with staff who did not want to take our requests and once they did accept them they did them with snide remarks. Typically if you see 5 people arrive, any other hotel would gladly and proactively arrange for fresh towels and blankets for their guests, however this was not done until we asked and still we met with objections. The rooms and the washroom were highly claustrophobic. The window latch in one of the rooms was broken, and the tubs in the washrooms had cracks. On the second day when we arrived back at the room we found that the turndown service was not provided and only post checking did we get to know that we had to request for it. To add to this the staff was very rude in explaining the concept and went on to lecture us about how hotels in Abha work. In the third day of our stay, after the request of the turndown service, the towels were not replenished. This as well was only executed once we asked for extra towels and then staff were very hesitant to help. In all my stays at hotels across the Middle East, this would be the only time where I preferred staying outside the hotel than within it. The only respite of all the trouble was that once the turndown service were provided the staff performed their duties well. I will not be staying at this hotel and I will not recommend anyone to stay here. The price of this hotel does not even come close to justifying its service.

A very good Hotel. At city centre. Clean and neat rooms. Budget hotel. Hair dryer available, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, also tasty Indian food service available for additional prices.

Not recommended..very poor customer service..breakfast not included..I booked the room for 2 days..that 2 days they didn't clean the room..the staff is not customer friendly..the bathroom is too small for a normal human being to fit in.For taking bath we have to stand in bath tub so that chances of slipping is high..there is no kettle to make tea or coffee. They don't even provide a bottle of water.they have a small refrigerator which is not working..we kept food in the refrigerator which got spoiled the day itself.they don't even have facilities to heat the food which we buy from outside..worst experience ever..don't recommend this hotel to anyone..
