Al Raha Hotel

Rooms offered by Raha Hotel were very neat, clean, spacious and at reasonable rates but without basic requirements e.g no hangers in cupboards for clothings, no crockery for warming/cooking food or preparing breakfast, no electric kettle for making tea, no iron and stand for pressing clothes etc. Also there are no shops close-by to meet these requirements except a coffee bar next to reception where all you can get is tea, coffee, cold drinks, water, chocolates and stuff like this. Overall my stay at the hotel was good.

It's a nice and clean place with big comfortable rooms.
The location is great for someone who needs a place in between Abha and Khamis Mashet.
Its is also not far from the airport.
There is no scenery to be seen from the windows except the not so far high way.
Needs kitchen utensils.

New Building... Rooms are clean. But only issue is single bathroom for 2 BHK... Hotel is far from city... Peaceful area.... No restaurants nearby....

Nice place. The apartment and the rooms are quite big. You have to ask them for cleaning otherwise they don't bother.

Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend to go near this hotel to anyone. We booked it via booking.com. Our booking was confirmed. I’ve texted to the hotel that we will arrive at evening (21:00). We came there at 17:00 all way from Riyadh. 10 hours drive. With two kids: 4 and 1 years old. And we’ve been told that our room been given away to the someone else. And that check in time is from 13:00 till 14:30. We’ve been charge a full amount for staying there as well via booking from our credit card. As it is Eid at the moment there were no any other hotels available and we are driving to Jazan now. At darkness through the fog and rain. An extra 3 hours. Unbelievable. I would not recommend to anyone go to this place. Totally disrespectful and disgusting. Person on reception wasn’t even wearing a mask and didn’t took off his earphones for to speak to us. Worst service in the kingdom.

Excellent, I give full marks . Hygine , service , staff response , location n abv all very competitive price . 👍👍👍
