A good place to stay. Abha is very near and the hotel is on the main road. Just 40 mins to the top of Jabal Sawda. One thing they should have is the buffet breakfast Rooms were pretty good. Staff is also good.

Absolutely pathetic hotel. They said they breakfast will be available from the menu and when you call for breakfast they have nothing available from the menu. The only thing they could offer me in the name of breakfast was croissant. The staff doesn’t know how to speak English, in that case they should just do reservations for Arabic speaking guests.

The lobby is crowded with seating. The room is clean on the surface, but we found garbage and food scraps under the beds. The lights in the living room is blinking. The TV has visible vertical lines remote did not work. The shower has no barrier so the water will flow outwards. Finally, the kitchen drain is uncovered and the smell is disgusting. The price is fair and the breakfast is included. The staff are not friendly but listened to our suggestions and complaints.

The bathroom smells very bad, the bed sheets and the pillow case have red and yellow stain🤮 also under the beds there was empty water bottles and remaining chips and tissue. Windows are very high so you don’t get to enjoy the weather or the view. Never coming back to the this hotel

Have stayed in a few hotels including KSA and other countries, none compare to the sort of experience here.
The bedroom glass was cracked, the sheets were stained, the TV is falling off the wall, the bathroom can never be dry and there will be standing water through the night, the breakfast was one of the worst things I’ve had they didn’t ask for any preference just sent whatever they could find off their shelves and lastly, the room service while cleaning the room had forgotten to empty out the kettle from it’s previous guest.
Would recommend living on the street rather than pay money to stay here.

Very Good Hotel, rooms are big and clean. During my stay, little problems like internet connection and water pressure was very low. However the staff gave me his mobile hotspot and supported. Appreciate.
