Amazing is a word that sums this place up. Amazing reception staff, amazing location, amazing rooms amazingly clean, amazing price. There are two small complaints from me, one is I wish they would hire more Saudi employees, the second is the drain in the bathroom made a smell sometimes. Thank you guys for an amazing stay.

The rooms were very nice but there were 2 king size beds when we needed 1 king size bed and 2 single beds overall the room had a nice kitchen with everything you need

Excellent service, I forgot a water bottle and they kept it for us until we came back

I've stayed here twice with my family.
We booked the "Standard Two-Bedroom Apartment - 2 King Beds - Mountain View"
room via almosafer app.

Check in was greeted by friendly reception staff.

Clean rooms, clean linen and floors. And a kitchnettte and washing machine.

They have very good briyani "Not too spicy" front their restaurant.

It is a 8min drive to Alsharaf park.

Note:
Windows are not very sound proof. So if your room is facing the roadside. It will be quite noisy from the cars.

Beautiful apartments, tidy and very clean. Prices are good. They have a restaurant where you can eat in the restaurant or in the room. The services are excellent and the food is good. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartments are very beautiful and the service is very, very great.
The staff is very slow in dealing and in service
I dealt with the employee Abdulaziz and he was wonderful and classy in his dealings and service to a high degree.

Easily 4 star hotel level if the following can be improved.
Staff training to meet and greet guest with a smile and energy. Staff in dining services specially.

Check in was breeze and good experience , however check out was painful. I booked for 3 nights but change my plan to stay 2 nights only and asked staff to prepare my checkout in night as I have to leave early . Initially it was shred that give us some time to check and we will inform you in an hour but after two hours it was still a mystery on what amount was payable or refundable.

I hope the back office ( accounts) and reception staff could get some training on basic calculation.

I would recommend this place for it's cleaniness and location,.

Best location in the beautiful town. Good staff and nice rooms. Always ask for mountain view room
