Khamis branch is better than Abha Branch, the reception in khamis is friendly and accomdating while in Abha not so accomdating. I did fraxel laser in abha but it seems the doctor did not do well. She just spent 1min with the procedure and even they did not apply topical anesthesia before fraxel. So painful and im not satisfied with the result and procedure.

Good for dermatology, the parking area is very limited and that is a big drawback based on the location
