Gold's Gym

Gold's Gym is one of the best gyms in Abha. They have certified trainers. The exercising machines and equipments are of the best quality. They have indoor swimming pool, a cafe, etc. The only drawback with GG is that it's very expensive. They mainly offer yearly membership which costs between 5000 to 6000. The membership is comprehensive one and includes every thing.

It’s usually empty but there’s a huge lack of equipments and machine and i think it’s overpriced with bad services compared to other gyms in the city, for example the gym is always warm you can’t even catch a breath and they don’t have air conditioning and they only provide hot water not cold! I don’t know why.

Used to be good one a while ago, but recently it is crowded, and bathroom smell is bad. Also, lucker doesn't work sometime. Overpriced

Well, it's a good gym, proper GG standards. But it has the regular apes who think throwing the weights on floor is macho, like they are in some powerlifting competition. I am yet to figure out why no music is played.

Not like other branches, other than lacking the view and more machines the gym is in a good spot pool is working not crowd offers good space to train with great and friendly staff

It's a place where you can do all your work out in a very nice atmosphere. Don't miss out the cocktail drinks from Oxygen :)
