The service at pick-up and return was excellent, but the car was terrible. It wasn't cleaned. It barely had enough power for the mountains in Abha. It rattled and shook terribly.

Good service at the airport. A driver waits for you at the airport to send you to the rent a car office and then when you want to give the car back they send you to the airport again by the same car you rented so there is no need to move your stuff out from the car once you give the car back, they milage is 220 KM per day so it's kinda enough but I suggest they make it 300 per day as the distances in Saudi are kinda large. Car need some Maintenance even though it is 2018 model.

Worst ever experience with Wefaq Rent a Car. We booked a car one week ago and got confirmation from rent a car one day prior to visit but when we reached from Dammam to abha, car was not available. Highly not recommended

More organized compared to other rental cars in Abha Airport.
Upon arriving and paying the amount in the office someone will take you to pick up your car.
Price is reasonable. There are additional discount booking online.
Employees are helpful and kind to customers.
During that time Alsvin22 is the only available sedan which i take in replace of accent. ( Not recommended for long drive tour )
I had a slight problem returning the car but brother Moin is so helpful. Thanks to him for his assistance.

Real Sketchy. They wanted me to deposit 1500 Riyals in cash. I offered them my credit card, but they wanted cash. Weird.

Worst experience ever!! Booked and paid upfront in their App…. Booking is not proceed at the airport!!! Can’t get a refund!!!! Can’t make a new booking!!! Employee telling me to call customer service after 3PM (landed 10am) 😡😡 … call center is a robot with a bunch of recorded messages telling me to use the USELESS APP!!! Live chat on the App is a robot with zero value!!!! Over 6hrs trying to reach a human to talk with representing the company without any success!

They are asking 187 Riyals for one car. Car is calculated for a whole day. I just needed a car for five hours. But it was not possible. It is better to take a taxi. But when you take a taxi, Don't choose a Saudi driver. Choose an Indian driver or Bangladeshi driver better.

I had a booking already and they cancelled it when I arrived there bcz they claimed that my international license (which is including Saudi Arabia as it is clearly written the name of the country) can not be accepted in their company.Despite I clarified this detail with their customer service BEFORE I do the booking and the woman in the line reassured me that there is no problem with my international license,they refused to give me the car..Needless to say that their English level is just something above 0...just stay away from this company for your mental health
