Unfortunately we only discovered this gem on our last evening in Jelenia Gora.
Having been on the go all day we sat in the beer garden for a drink and some food.
The food was excellent and the service very friendly and polite.
The real shock came when I went to use the rest-room. Totally unexpectedly I was transported back in time. The restaurant is beautiful with nooks and crannies ideal for smaller or larger groups.
The owner and her son explained some of the History to us, which is fascinating.
We will definately be back (and NOT on our last night)

Absolutely horrifying experience, waitress was unable to communicate. After half of us were waiting for food, the waitress forgot to even order the meals we told her to. Food was way below our expectations, which were already low to begin with, extremely expensive considering what you’re getting, I felt like I ordered a portion for children. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Natomiast jedzenie zimne , w kebabie niezjadliwe gratisy(zdj.) , ogórek w kawałkach nie do zjedzenia(zdj.) , to tak jakby samego ogórka jeść ( bo nic więcej do buzi sie nie zmieści) a ja przecież zamówiłem kebaba . As for the quality and taste of the dishes, no one had any complaints. Very nice and aesthetically served. The service is very nice and polite and the ladies make up for minor shortcomings with a smile. In general, the place is most recommendable, unless someone is in a hurry or does not like to wait long.
And finally, a small note to the owner, the staff should not be talkative about or point out mistakes in front of the guests.

Do lokalu trafiliśmy spontanicznie bez wcześniejszego czytania recenzji. Wnętrze bardzo ciekawe i urzekające. Po złożeniu zamówienia napoje dotarły w miarę szybko do stolika. Do jedzenia zamówiliśmy proste potrawy jak pizza i pierogi aby czas oczekiwania nie był za długi. Niestety ten plan się nie powiódł. Uważam że po góra 25 minutach pizza powinna pojawić się już na stole a nie po 45 minutach. To nie jedyny minus ale według mnie największy. Co do jakości i smaku potraw nikt nie miał żadnych zastrzeżeń. Podane bardzo ładnie i estetycznie. Obsługa bardzo miła i uprzejma a drobne niedociągnięcia panie nadrabiają uśmiechem. Ogólnie lokal jak najbardziej godny polecenia chyba że ktoś się bardzo spieszy albo nie lubi długo czekać.
I na koniec jeszcze mała uwaga do właściciela, nie powinno obgadywać się personelu ani wytykać mu błędów przy gościach.

While one waiter, clearly overwhelmed by work, was responsible for the entire restaurant, I saw a relaxed "Mrs. Manager" walking between the tables - a tragedy. Anyway, the waiter himself, as it turned out later, should also definitely be replaced - even when help came, he struggled confused, without order and composition, chatting and talking to customers while some sat completely ignored. The quickest way to get drinks as we found out is to go to the bar, but then you hear from an unorganized waiter passing by that orders are being picked up at the tables ... the problem is that they are not. After half an hour of waiting for a beer, I asked for the bill and left, not going back any time soon.

Pizza i sushi smaczne, ale jakość serwisu czy klimat pozostawiają wiele do życzenia.

Pizza przyszła bez sztućców, piwo zostało nam podane w plastikowych kubeczkach jakbyśmy byli na festiwalu muzycznym a nie w restauracji, a lecąca z głośników muzyka sprawiała, że miało się ochotę wstać i odejść - ja wiem, że są gusta i guściki, ale jak można katować gości całą dyskografią Zenona Martyniuka...

Po drugiej wizycie obniżam ocenę z 3 gwiazdek na 1. Byłem świadkiem niejednego stolika rezygnującego z siedzenia ze względu na czas oczekiwania - kilkanaście minut i nikt nawet nie podszedł by odebrać zamówienie. W czasie gdy jeden wyraźnie przytłoczony pracą kelner odpowiedzialny był za całą restauracje, widziałem zrelaksowaną "Panią Menadżer" spacerująca między stolikami - tragedia. Zresztą sam kelner jak się później okazało też powinien być zdecydowanie wymieniony - nawet gdy przyszła pomoc, miotał się zdezorientowany, bez ładu i składu, zagadując i rozmawiając z klientami podczas gdy niektórzy siedzieli kompletnie ignorowani.
