A thrilling experience thanks to our guide Emil, who had a great sense of humour and was so convincing that my 4 year old really got scared that we were lost. Unfortunately, you have to know Polish to fully appreciate the trip through Time Gates - as for now, there are no guided trips in foreign languages, but they say they'll be working on this, as well as on extending the number of attractions. Overall I award four stars for the exhibition and show, and the fifth is a credit for enthusiasm and future plans. Good luck to the owners - I see great potential here!

Great tour! Since we don’t speak Polish my friend and I got a private tour in English by Amanda. Interesting and exciting tour, definitely worth a visit.

Non English speaking place, if you would like to visit it, please note the tour is only in polish language. Other than that it’s cool place to visit, very interesting piece of the history!! 😊

A big Tesla coil inside and a small creative illustration with it 😊 the underground tunnels are very well decorated with theme. I highly recommend to visit.

We enjoyed our interesting time travel trip through over 300 years of history of the Karkonoshe mountains. The guide was very nice and lead us with a pinch of humor and competently along our trip through this underground complex. Definitely worth visiting, for everyone who understands the Polish language, or groups with at least one translator - I was the chosen one at our group and the guide handled this trip, even with interruptions for translations, very well.
Just one hint: Bring some warm clothes with you, because the complex is permanently tempered at 7°C and a high humidity.

Not recommended for non-polish visitors. Disappointed. We visited the place twice. The first time the tour was in polish so they told us to come the next day (there would be english tour at 10.30am). We showed up the next day and the 10.30am tour turned out to be polish. The english tour was postponed to the afternoon tour (the english-speaking guide would only come at 1pm) and the person said she wasn't here yesterday so she didn't know about the english tour at 10.30am. She cannot do anything.

We didn't stay for the tour because we wouldn't wanna waste our time walking there for the third time. What a disappointment.
