Firs time I did yearly service of my Kia in Poland when on holidays. Should be 4,5 star if there was such an option. Very nice manager and very helpful to accommodate to customer wishes. Stuff I was dealing with super nice and resourceful. Just processing time when handing in car and filling all the papers took very long time comparing with Kia services in Denmark. Probably this not issue of this specific workshop just national attitude to extensive paper work. I spoke Polish, not sure how it would work in English. I would go there again.

Zdecydowanie polecam. Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani Kasia z Działu likwidacji szkód na bieżąco informowała mnie o statusie mojej sprawy-stały kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy.
