Nieraz korzystałam z usług tego sklepu i zawsze spotykałam się z miłą obsługą, profesjonalną pomocą i doradztwem, ale chciałabym się podzielić trochę innym problemem. W piątek 2.12 zwrócił się do Was o pomoc mój partner, który nie mówi zbyt dobrze po Polsku. Jechał z Niemiec pod konretny adres w Jeleniej Górze. W trakcie trasy okazało się, że stracił możliwość wykonywania połączeń i dostępu do internetu. Nie mógł trafić pod wskazany adres bo nie miał połączenia z nawigacją. Przyszedł do Was po pomoc, pytał o możliwość chociażby połączenia się z darmowym WiFi, żeby móc się ze mną skontaktować. Odmówiliście mu pomocy odsyłając gdzieś indziej. Człowieka, który nie zna miasta, ani dobrze języka! Serio? Naprawdę tak ciężko było Wam wysłać chociaż smsa, kiedy prosił o możliwość jakiegokolwiek kontaktu? Ja rozumiem strach przed hakerstwem, ale żeby nie mieć chociaż odrobiny empatii?! Naprawdę można było się zachować jak człowiek i można było pomóc. Tyle osób w obsłudze tego lokalu i nie znalazł się nikt kto chociażby ze swojego telefonu mógł udzielić na moment WiFi? Było mi bardzo wstyd.
