Already from the entrance, the place is striking with its cleanliness and order.
Before the surgery, I spoke briefly with Dr. Mendecki, and then with an extremely professional anaesthesiologist. After the surgery, Dr. Mendecki spent a lot of time answering each of my really long list of questions, which I really appreciate!
I was informed about further treatment and prognosis. After the procedure, I am in constant, intensive contact with the clinic. The procedure was not cheap, and Grudziądz is really far from Katowice, but it was worth it, I heartily recommend this clinic.

Przed zabiegiem rozmawiałam krótko z dr Mendeckim, a następnie z niezwykle profesjonalną panią anestezjolog. Sam pan dr Mendecki po zabiegu poświecił nam sporo czasu odpowiadając na każde z mojej naprawdę długiej listy pytań, co bardzo doceniam!
Zostałam uprzedzona o dalszym postępowaniu i prognozach w leczeniu. Po zabiegu jestem w stałym, intensywnym kontakcie z kliniką. Zabieg nie byl tani, a Grudziądz jest naprawdę daleko od Katowic, ale było warto, serdecznie polecam te klinikę.

The dog feels great 3 weeks after the operation, despite the fact that he has a titanium plate and a pair of screws in his head. He runs and is happy, nothing hurts anymore. We secretly hope that some of the symptoms of MS (e.g. phantom scratching) may ease over time - although we should not be too concerned about this because changes in the spinal cord are no longer reversible. However, we can see a slight improvement... The care at the clinic is wonderful, Ms. Annette is an angel and has a lot of patience. We highly recommend!!!

Mój pies rasy cavalier king charles spaniel trafił do kliniki po zdiagnozowaniu malformacji chialiego oraz siringomyelii. Kilku neurologów nie widziało możliwości innego, niż farmakologiczne, leczenia (objawowo wyłącznie - leki przeciwbolowe, ew odwadniające, sterydy). Pan dr Mederski zdecydował się jednak na odbarczenie uciskanego móżdzku i przez to potencjalne zahamowanie rozwoju choroby. Pies 3 tyg po operacji czuje się znakomicie mimo, ze ma w glowie plytkę tytanową i parę śrub. Biega i jest szczęśliwy, nic już nie boli. Pocichu liczymy, że może i część objawów SM (np. drapanie fantomowe) z czasem nieco złagodnieje - choć na to mamy specjalnie się nie nastawiać bo zmiany w rdzeniu już nie są odwracalne. Widzimy jednak niewielką poprawę... Opieka w klinice cudowna, Pani Anetka jest aniołem i ma ogromne poklady cierpliwosci. Polecamy gorąco!!!

W grudniu minął rok od naszej wizyty w Klinice Verum i nasz buldog od tamtej pory śmiga jak nowy. Cudowna opieka, personel bardzo życzliwy, wspierający i empatyczny. Nasz Niko miał operację przepukliny w odcinku szyjnym kręgosłupa, wszystko poszło zgodnie z planem, a wdzięczność za opiekę mamy po dziś dzień i będziemy mieć już zawsze ❤️ Pan Doktor świetnie ukierunkował nasze leczenie i bardzo słusznie doradził nam też w kwestii niezwiązanej z psim kręgosłupem, a ogólnym leczeniem Nikosia.

We had 5 months to prepare for the operation. During this time we took swimming lessons, gave vitamins to dog. When the day of the operation came, we were certainly very nervous. But luckily we were regularly notified about the operation, administrator of the clinic sent photos of the dog after anesthesia and so on. We were told in detail what pills and when to give in the recovery period. Every week after the operation, Dr. Mederski send us sms and wondered about the dog's health. And now almost 8 weeks have passed since the operation. There were no complications, the prosthesis took root. Many thanks to the clinic workers and Dr. Mederski for their work!
