Lubię pizzę DaGrasso lecz dziś totalnie mnie zawiedli. Zamówiłem pizzę pół na pół, po przyjeździe kierowcy w domu po otwarciu okazało się że pizza nie zgodna z zamówieniem i wykonana w całości w jednym smaku. Obsługa masakra. Pizza spalona i gorzka. Dzwoniąc do lokalu Pani twierdzi,że nie widzi tej pizzy i nie wie czy jest spalona. Nowa dopiero mogą przywieźć za 1-1.5godz przy czym cala rozmowa z Panią byla bardzo niemiła. (Pani chyba myslala,że chce druga pizze za darmo bo ironicznym głosem mówiła,że ta zabierają o czym doskonale jej mowilem na początku rozmowy ,żeby ta zabrali i przywieźli nie spalona)
Zamawiam już któryś raz z odstepem 1.5-2msc I nic się nie zmieniło co do podejścia do klienta jak i jakości pizzy.
