In the shower, despite cleaning, there were clear stains of dirt and limescale on the glass pane. The toilet lid is yellowish de-coloured. The toilet flush is defective. The bathroom fittings are partially leaking and the faucet on the sink makes it almost impossible to brush your teeth.
Particularly annoying: The apartment is declared as a "penthouse", but is actually on the 3rd of 4 floors. Due to the poor soundproofing of the building, we had to endure the screams, trampling and jumping of the children and parents in the apartment above us for hours since 5 a.m., which is why we were woken up early and had to start the day without getting enough sleep. This is extremely frustrating, disappointing and unacceptable, since we had booked the penthouse precisely to avoid such noise pollution from above. The accommodation was not suitable for overnight stays for us. Host doesn't care about complaints.
