Friendly and helpful staff, good variety of classes, kids zone, good size lockers and decent size parking (never had any problems with lack of space). 4/5 as would be nice to have swimming pool access and I also think that it would be beneficial for people like myself who are fairly new to this particular place are numbers on gym machines which are hard to spot from a distance.
