Ja nie potrzebowałam auta klasy C.Nie było w tym mojej winy,a koszty dodatkowe poniosłam.Zostalam postawiona pod ściana.Zwracalam auto w niedziele,w związku z czym płaciłam dodatkowe 49pln.Na 45 min przed zwrotem auta dałam znać pracownikowi ze dojeżdżam na miejsce.Nikt na mnie nie czekał na miejscu! Zadzwoniłam ponownie i usłyszałam ze pracownik będzie za 15min.Po 20 zadzwonił telefon i Pan przeprosił ze z powodu korków będzie za kolejne 15 min.Czekalam ponad 30min by zwrócić auto!
