We stayed there a few days ago as groups of an Erasmus+ programme from Greece and Portugal. The staff was unable to speak English which made communication quite impossible. Some nights our rooms had no heat and others complained that the windows were not closing good enough so cold was coming in the room. No one ever came to change our towels or clean the bedrooms through our stay there and our breakfast was very poor and not worth of what we paid (breakfast was not included in the room's price).

I loved the whole of Jasna Gora. Absolutely wonderful. Rooms are great for pilgrims. Would definitely recommend.
