California Beach Pansol

Beautiful place. Compact but spacious. Amenities like karaoke system are up to date and working. Bedrooms and beds are clean. Rooms are well airconditioned. Bathrooms are clean and running with hot and cold water. Pool temperature can be adjusted to preference. Staff are approachable and well mannered. Safe when night comes due to gated entrance. Overall, will absolutely come back again.

Great stay! We got upgraded to Villa 1 from Casita booking. The place is clean, social distancing between staff and guest is followed. The water was also warm during the entire stay. No complaints at all! The pizza in their Pizzeria is also delicious, generous cheese and my kids loved it. Noel their caretaker was also very helpful. Highly recommended and definitely value for money.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful. The pizza are great. Highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool is at the right temperature. Staffs were accomodating, and stores are nearby so you can buy things outside the resort without a corkage fee.

Nice place for any occasion this can accommodate 40 person , and the fool is quiet big with Sauna just beside this big pool .

The water is warm and the pool was huge! We occupied Villa 2. I think the rooms are quite small though for the alloted number of people. There were 2 rooms that are ajoined (the ones at the end) and three rooms in the middle. I think the corner adjoined rooms would be comfortable for 5 pax only. The middle room had 2 double deck so 4. The 2 others had a double bed and a pull out so 3pax. I think all in all it would be good for 20pax comfortably however, they allot it for 25pax.

On the other hand, the staff were really nice and helpful. Also, their pizza was good!!!

They've been posting of 200mbps but the real thing is, there is no wifi in Villa 2. There's a rat running around. We stayed for 2 nights -- there was no staff to at least get our garbage. For a 2-night, 3-day stay, the trash should have been taken out at least after the first overnight.

*Supervisor John was not accommodating. His tone was condescending when concerns were raised during the event last December 22. It wasn't the kind of Customer Service we were expecting based on the good reviews we have read.
*Hand sanitizers or alcohol were not available in the resort.
*Videoke and Wi-Fi were not working during our stay which should have been checked before we arrived and those were stated in the MOA that I have signed.

Considering the amount of money paid at Villa 3, it was not worth it.
