Was in better shape than 15 years ago. The colored seats looked good. No beer and limited food for sale though for a copa libertadores game.

One of the best stadiums in Paraguay. We watched Paraguay vs Argentina and it was so good. Everyone jumping around shouting and singing. You can find really good prices. We got 20usd tickets for a great view. It's a must visit place. There is a lot of security. Nice place overall.
