I booked it on Booking.com and when I checked in, they didn't notify Booking.com so I was double charged by the hotel and Booking.com. They had two card terminals, and the first one didn't work so I had to use the second one which wasn't under the hotel's name (NUTRICARE LAMBARE PRY). I kept talking with a guy who appeared to be the owner of this place and he kept saying that I would get my refund sooner or later, first Wednesday then Friday. Eventually, nothing was resolved until the very day I had to fly and I had to contact Booking.com multiple times on my own to resolve this issue. Booking.com couldn't do much neither so I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I was refunded eventually. Then, today, almost after a year of visit to this place, I was charged on my credit card by some shady merchant in Paraguay. It could have been somewhere else that I visited in Paraguay but I highly doubt that, because the other places that I visited in Asuncion were just big restaurants in the city. They are not even on Booking.com anymore. Save your money when you need to but just don't pick this place. Management is a total disaster. Staffs were very nice but administration and discrepancy of the whole process with so many mosquitoes with windows that don't fully close, it is just simply not worth it. I initially gave it four stars because of how cheap it was and how nice the staffs were but looking back at it now, it was a total disaster and a life lesson.
