A liveable place which can be improved by making minor changes particularly room service. Rooms are average with old style furniture, not a cozy one. Hot water is not avaialble 24 hours but avaialble during Morning hours. Wifi is available & good. Breakfast was not good at all, mostly served cold. I have not had experience of Dinner / Lunch here but BBQ option is available at Night. Outdoor seating is available where meals can be taken. Suggestions were shared with Hotel Management who promised to improve the standards shortly.

Convenient location and nice accommodation. Neat and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay there... recommended 👍

It's the best place to stay in Abbottabad as u r quite near to everything...Jadoon plaza is just opposite, which is an awesome place to walk around. daily

The Rooms: Very mediocre rooms. Bathrooms need thorough cleaning. Carpets are dirty. Staff is fine but the Reception manager is rude, asks money the first thing and upfront even though we paid 80% advance and has the Answer "Bus yahi hai humaray pass.(This is all we can do/offer)" to anything requested of him. I hope the owner sees this. Warm water is scarce and only runs sometimes.
The place: They have wifi with okay speed for basic communication or checking online updates. TV is there but no Cable. The place is big but under furnished. It has a nice lawn, good for kids to run around and expend energy and easy parking space.
Location: Its on a quiet road yet has a lot of markets and bakeries near by for easy eatery.
Concluding. Okay for a single night stay. I am glad I did not have to stay for longer. Would not stay again,

The place was near to Jinnah abad with good parking space. Facilities like inter, net warm water, iron was not available. Pluse there were no out let plugs in washrooms for hair dryers or shavers. Just a basic rooms but clean. The rent was 4000 a night.

Good place to stay though fair is high during season but service is good and rooms are comfortable clean.
