Doctors and staft are competent and caring, general cleanliness and hygienic conditions are pathetic.

Eldest hospital of hazara region, now lacks facilities and public attention. Was the only hospital with good medical services decade ago, now getting bad as the other government hospitals are getting better and funding limitations. Need attention of legislators to provide better facilities and equipment so that it can regain its legacy.

I am a uk citizen, I came to visit family in Pakistan. Unfortunately I fell poorly and went to DHQ hospital.
1. The surrounding area around the hospital is absolutely disgusting
2. It is unclean and disgusting on the inside
3. Cleanliness aside, the doctors are not qualified doctors at all. They are rude, they don't talk, they bark.
4. To all the overseas Pakistanis, please don't go to DHQ hospital, unless you want to die.
5.the system is corrupt, there is no patient care nor any department where you can go and complain

Great health services for patients those who are on low risk . Because the high risk patient need intense care and professionalism as well as some highly qualified and experienced doctors .For those dhq will refers you towards ATH so either of time wasting you should have to concern with ATH if patient is too much I'll other wise for initial aid dhq is best.

3 stars for the doctors and staff, they are helping and professional, but cleanliness is bad. They need alot to work on it to look like an hospital where people visit to get better, not the other way around
