Triple One Hotel Suites

We Saw its recommendation on Google and decided to visit this Hotel... Their environment their rooms and their Hospitality was up to the mark... Everything was great And we got everything more than our expectations ... We Recommend You and Thank You For all your Services ♥️

Basic clean rooms and suites with a small kitchenette and microwave but provides no utensils or cookware. Hard to find location and no parking. The evening manager with a ponytail is rude while the lady on the morning shift is kinder and respectful. Other staff are also cooperative.

Overall hotel building is great and rooms are good.

I managed to bargain deluxe suite for 5K. Bedroom plus Lounge gives a good comfortablw living space.

Taps and showers are not in very good condition. Again the room and hotel looks are great. Hotel kitchen is also not available but FoodPanda offers great options.

Nice rooms with microwave, fridge and sink. Good for families. Was a little low on maintenance but service was good.

We stayed 04 days in this hotel with family having little kids. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All rooms are suits and having all basic amenities. Clean and large size bed room and lounge makes your stay very comfortable. Staff is gentle and nice. Their location is outstanding, few metres away from main road. For my next visit to Abbotabad, I will definitely stay here again.

Overall suites are lacking in maintenance. The kitchen sinks without water, Hot water is available only in the morning time, no electric kettle, internal locks broken, few bulb fuse. The Suite concept is good with amenities but needs to maintain it. Parking is not available. One or two cars can be parked in front of the hotel. The staff is cooperative but due to limited services, even tea could not be ordered in the evening. As a family with a toddler, it was difficult to manage without hot water. Overall experience is better but not as we expected.

The first time we went here service was excellent like a hotel. Recently when we visited this hotel it was empty, we basically opened it and not at all prepared. This is a very cold area and there is almost no hot water available here, or if there is it is not in a proper manner. We had to change our hotels after the forst day of our trip due to this hotel. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is that their breakfast was good in taste but highly expensive no cap.
