There was no AC. So if you want cooler rooms that will be an issue. Rooms were ok, not exceptional. TV was not clear if you like watching TV. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were big. However we just spent nights there and can't say anything about food and day time stay there as we weren't there during day nor did we have food there.

One star for better accomodation only, no cupbord in room, no refrigerator, no secind pair of slippers, no kitchen facilities like oven, miser in use of generator when power is shutdown, very bad condition of bed mattress.

Good big neat clean rooms with economical reasonable charges

I stayed there for night in July. During loadshedding at Night, they didn't turned the backup generator inviting mosquitoes to leash a hell upon us.

Average rooms and service. Staff however is very cooperative and welcoming. We've stayed there many times so it feels like we have a home in abbottabad. Plus point is it's price. Don't forget to bring your own bed spread and sheets/blankets. Theirs are not neat. But their tea is fantastic 😍
