I would not recommend this Hotel. Their demeanour is good but service is pathetic. I think owner should review its manager and all staff. Only 02 03 rooms having single bed otherwise all are double bed. Better avoid.

Rooms are clean beat location. Price is reasonable and negotiable. One thing is bad that there is no lift.

I am strongly not recommend this place to visitors. I left my polarised R-Bin glasses which i bought in Auatralia. Its price around 55000 Rs. I and my wife 100% sure that we left in room 306 but they did not return and mke false excuse.

Well, overall the Hotel is well suited to the city as Abbottabad is not a destination city, particularly. The hotel management advertise the building but conveniently forget to tell you that in the absence of a lift, you have to take the stairs and climb three stories to reach the rooms! There was no breakfast either because there was no cook were arranged, they had to maintain a hotel with full facilities. However, the place is okay, if you want cheaper accommodation for just a night.

Very nice hotel on the top of the Gulf Shopping Mall. Very nice and cooperative staff. Price for rooms are fix. From the top of the mall, view of Abbottabad is very cool. You can enjoy Kakul academy parade sounds in the morning....😉 Terrace views are owsum. Very easy access to all neccessary stuff. Only drawback is rooms are at top of mall and you have to climb loooot of stairs to reach the rooms. No lift.

Overall Experience was good but the main thing is it's location which is in center of every nearby picnic points like Thandiani Top, hernoi lake,ilyasi masjid & Shimla Hill park, Shafeeq SB the owner of this hotel is a kind one only the thing is that they have all Rooms atvthird floor but this is ignore able because of its situation.very easy approach to any where like muree or mansehra from this Spot.

A great hotel for some peace and quiet. It's as good as a hotel in this range gets. Room service is very.good and there's never any outside noise as the rooms are on the 4th floor which is a good thing unless you have bad knees or not a lot of stamina. extra perk, the view is great fron the rooms and the roof.
