Staff members are professional and friendly even the do not hesitate to keep eye contact by providing good customer service... U b able to find many kind of tea n coffee and also history of tea and coffee
Clean and tidy place and fine clean toilet ...

Overpriced for average food although it boasts a relaxed environment. serves as a good hangout place for the locals. Service is definitely dependant on where you are seated. As they say out of sight out of mind. Staff are surprisingly polite and helpful. Orders can take a long time to arrive during a busy period. On each visit items on the menu have not been available to order and staff are not aware of this until they have taken your order and come back to apologetically inform and take an alternative order on a positive note I love the decor of the place and it very clean too. Chaaye was out of this world.

Love the food taste, freshness and ambience. Pancakes were my fav. Staff was friendly and location is nice and clean.

Good food. Fast and easy service with a beautiful view.

We're here at 10:45 am to have breakfast:
1) If you're a place to offer breakfast, 10:00 am for opening is too late.
2) They don't have the complete variety displayed on the menu.
3) The services are too slow.
4) Cleanliness is extremely questionable.
5) If you're charging THIS MUCH, I expect my experience to be luxurious enough to enjoy for myself and not to be disappointed in front of my guests.

All in all, if you've visited the Jhelum branch, this one's nothing compared to that. I hope they see this review, work accordingly and was helpful to you too!

Totally disappointed with the service. At around 11 AM,there was only one waiter to serve the five different families/customers. The poor guy was running from here to there to take orders and then serve.It took about 45 minutes to get our order on the table for 3 persons. It is suggested that the number of waiters to be increased to at least three,so as to provide timely service.
There is no match to Chaye Khana located in Bahria Town,Rawalpindi.

Nice ambient place for breakfast and good for other meals too. Nice spacious interior.
A little expensive but worth it.

A well mannered, clean and healthy environment.
If you want to take some guests out for a brunch or something light to eat then visit chaye khana.
It is a bit expensive but not that much, i have added a photo of my bill too.
