I hope this review will help to improve the user experience as well as the service. The restaurant is located on the first floor. The ambiance inside is good. The lighting is inviting. The staff are polite. However, the first thing that strikes me was the wallpaper with pictures of iconic buildings in London, Rome etc. A restaurant that represents/provides Lahore-styled food is showcasing western architectural wonders. The food was well prepared, and the presentation was good, but the spices level was too high! I can understand that the locals like too much spices in the food, but the fact that most of the Pukhtoons don't like too spicy food should be considered. The waiters should ask about the spice level, while taking an order. Moreover, the visitors should know that there is no washroom/toilet facility in the restaurant. The water bottle was kept warm. The waiters consistently would come and ask us to order more stuff (try this ice cream, try this tea etc), which was very annoying! They should stop this practice.
