Today on 31st July 2019, i visited Telenor microfinance Bank Abbott Abad after a hectic travel to make my Easypaisa account active. From the front desk, I was directed to go to the other desks. Accordingly i went to the other desk and met Mr Gillani. Told him my problem and i received a very cold response from him that the concerned officer is on leave and asked me to visit again. I requested him that I came from other city and it will be very difficult for me to come again but he did not bother. Was really very disappointed.
