Wow! This is really outstanding service! This is the place where I bring to fix my bike everytime it's been needed it since I live around the corner. I'm so happy because the guys here do a great job! Today they return the call I have given them when the shop was close and offered a great solution so I could bike tonight, new year's eve, when I really needed my bike to work!! Amazing!!!

I feel a bit ripped off to be honest. I went here to get two inner tubes for my racing bike and they charged me Euro 30 for two tubes that usually cost no more than around Euro 7 each (often sold for as little as Euro 4 each, same brand, same model and size). I left and paid cash without getting a receipt. I only realised what a rip off it really was when I came home and googled the specific tires. The sales person told me they were special race tires when I said I thought they were expensive. This was false. In all honesty I haven't tried to return them because of the lack of evidence, but I feel this practice is in stark contrast with the really nice way the person in the store treated me and what I read in other reviews here. I understand this is in the end my own fault, but there is something called ethics that also applies to running a store and good service. You should treat your customers as you would like to be treated yourself. The result is that I've bought everything else I needed at a store just around the corner and I won't be recommending this place to anyone, or return there myself as a customer. Shame, because it really seemed a nice store at first.

Saying if the gear need to be replaced will be 15€, When I pick up the bike the shop owner ask me to pay 15 € with my original gear then say checking is the price?

The service was good, but they made me pay 0.25€ more because of “debit card fees”. These “fees” don’t exist and I don’t think it’s legal to ask for it.. really annoying since I was already paying 15€ to cut my lock open, which isn’t a low price

We bought a couple of used bikes as our old ones were stolen.
They were very helpful and had plenty of patience while we kept trying different bikes.
Maybe I shouldn't say this, but they are also open to negotiating (sorry mate) and we got a very fair price.
Overall a very pleasant experience and we ended up buying the beauties below.

amazing experience! owner helped me by a new bike. Came in to repair my old bike but it ended up being cheaper buying a new one. He helped figure out what bike worked best in my price range and was just so kind and easy to talk too! if you in the area I would 2000% recommend coming by!

Good service, but prices change without an apparent reason.

Reply to the reply: I did discuss the price with a woman who was in the shop on thursday AM and she said that chaning the inner tube costs 20 euros, I agreed. Today I picked up the bike and a man working there had no clue about the price, and after calling his boss told me I should pay 26 euros (plus 0.25 for using the PIN). I of course complained but he just said that I had to pay coz the prices have a range between 19 and 26 euros depending on the bike. See the attached images showing how "the price was agreed upfront".
