We had a very bad experience. When we first arrived, the hotel was being remodeled. We made the reservation a couple of days before our arrival and were not notified about all the inconveniences we were going to experience. We were taken care by a gentleman at a desk, it took him quite a while to check us in and give us our room key. We had been traveling for hours and just wanted our room. When we arrived to our room the blinds were unable to be moved. We couldn't open them. One of the lamps had no bulb. We didn't want to complain so we left it alone. We unpacked and went to get some food. It took us about an hour. When we got back in to our room, our door was opened. It had the lock opened, preventing the door from closing. We closed it and called reception. They said they would send security upstairs(security never made it). Apparently the maintenance guys went into our room and were "fixing" the tv. We were never asked if they could come in while we were gone. They came back to our room, and opened it, no knock on the door or anything. Conclusion: their way of fixing everything was giving us a suite. We appreciate the gesture, but their invasion of privacy and lack of security is just unacceptable.

Good installations for the price. Service might be betrer, as one day I needed specifically to have my room cleaned before noon and service showed past 4. Indoor pool has a great temperature and almost everyday was empty.

We stayed here for a week while working in Guadalajara Popeye's real center. Over the week I have enjoyed the hotel. Friendly staff for anything you need.

We had one small issue with housekeeping coming to clean at 9 pm. We asked for am cleanings and problem solved.

Hands down the free breakfast is the best you will find. Eggs everyday, cereals, fresh fruits ( pineapple, Papaya, and watermelon. Chips, salsas, tamales, gravy's, ham, bacon and hot irons for waffles.

Average hotel to stay. Good breakfast served and free. Our room cards deactivated every time we went out of the hotel, it was a dissapointment to wait for reactivation. One of the bathroom towels dissapeared on the checkout day misteriously.

Really near (but not exactly for walk distance) to andares. there are a some restaurants and banks crossing the street. The Hotel has a swiming pool. The room is great for the price, its clean and looks new. Nice included brakefast, but there its no room service.

It's an old building, so it's got pros and cons. Rooms are very large, so that's very good. But the shower its pretty bad, and the lobby and common areas are lame. Breakfast is poor.

One night before a Conference. Rooms are clean but outdated, shower head needs maintenance. Breakfast is as expected in this hotel chain. Service was attentive. Well located in UAG area.

Nice place to stay, definetly I will come back there
