Pleasant and professional doctor, speaks very well english which is a huge bonus! Quickly diagnosed my pet and gave a lot of advice on how to feed and keep rabbits corectly! All in all I would recommend!

A wonderful vet practice. I have been there several times and me and my animals have always been in good hands. The doctors are very friendly and competent and speak English very good. Even when they could not help the animal and it had to be put down they always tried every possible option and gave very good instructions and explanations. Also the communication via phone or chat is really good and when I have a problem the team responds really fast with good Tipps.

I would really recommend this practice for everyone who wants their pet to be treated in the best possible way.

Friendly doctors and staff that will answer any questions you have, provide you with multiple options for treatment (if possible) and show care for the wellbeing of your pets.
It isn’t the cheapest, however they are upfront about the costs and you won’t feel like you’re being robbed. Overall, much better than some other vets in the area.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and care that my bunny received for his sterilization surgery and microchip. He was patient with discussing various aspects of my bunny's health and gave great advice. All staff members speak English, which is a major plus for me. I highly recommend Dr. Makarova if you have an exotic pet.
