Два года были клиентами ( прививки, кастрация, осмотры), пока не произошел очень не приятный случай, который показал что в клинике нацелены на Ваш кошелек, а не на лечение Вашего питомца.
Сдали мочу на анализ для проверки здоровья кота, я специально уточнила нужно ли приходить за результатами - сказали звонить на следующий день и по телефону скажут результаты.
Когда позвонила, сказали что анализы еще не пришли, но в любом случае что бы узнать результаты нужно идти на прием с котом, когда я озвучила что врач сказала что все можно узнать по телефону - было сказано что в их клинике так не делается и нужно оплатить визит. Я еще раз повторила, что я заплатила за анализы и хочу услышать результаты и мне было сказано звонить завтра и говорить уже непосредственно с врачом.
На следующий день созвонились с врачом, с ходу мне сказали что ничего хорошего в анализах нет и у кота почечная недостаточность, срочно нужен визит, осмотр ,капельница ( в последствии не одна) и антибиотики.
Я попросила прислать мне анализы на почту и обратилась в другую клинику, где мне сказали что такой диагноз как почечная недостаточность по нашему анализу мочи поставить нельзя (маркер отрицательный), проблема конечно есть, но диагноз был поставлен не верно и лечение которое требуется нам сейчас совершенно другое ( антибиотики не нужны).
