Great option for international students. Nice location. Close to the city center （taxi at night ＜2）, super market is available within 2 min walk. Close to the campuses as well. Friendly administrators. Additional costs （5 euro）if your friend is staying at night. The best RTU dorms.

The default dormitory for most of RTU students. Specially international students. Price expensive compared to other options. New buildings. The administration checks each apartment for the cleanness. Students have to take the responsibilities and even pay fines if they have not done cleaning. Good facility ruined by the price and administration.

Neat, clean & tidy. RTU's newest dormitory. In the heart of the campus with easy access to all classes. (well, most of them) Has a shopping mall right next to it so you're never out of food or groceries. Definitely learn the rules and regulations of the Dormitory before heading in!

I didn't like the tone of the management staff when they talked to me. So rude and unpolite. I was in a lot of pressure to keep the apartment clean all the time like they were paying me to stay there. I was the one who payed, and it was a lot of money for living with 5 other persons with a shared bathroom and kitchen. All the apartment was dirty and in the description, i was said that i would find a clean room with everything clean, but this didn't happen. The utensils were all dirty and we had to buy our owns.(too bad because i payed extra for kitchen utensils). It's ridiculous. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Miserable people.

Nice and great dormitory you can enter by card only no unknown person can enter in dormitory its good for security purposes. Nice room and view everything good. Its not a budget friendly dormitory you pay a bit more for living here you can say high level dormitory.

8 student rooms in one block, 4 girls and 4 guys but most of the times girls are outnumbered and not to mention bathrooms unclean and girls are expected to clean them which is very disgusting. Bathroom and kitchen shared by all 8 people it’s a messy dorm.

If you are a foreign student, I recommend this dormitories. The price is good and the place is clean and with enough place. The "bad" part is that the room is for two people and it depends on with who are you sharing.
