By the way, there is no cafe in the building - you have to run to the next building. In addition, the auditoriums on the first floor go straight to a rather busy street, along which construction equipment rumbles every 5 minutes. And no fancy double-glazed windows help here. This already requires a sound-absorbing fence between the building and the highway.

Вроде бы современный "евроремонт", много растений, светлые тона стен, библиотека открытого типа, даже приточно-вытяжная вентиляция есть, супер навороченные аудитории, но все равно в этой "стекляшке" тяжело находиться. Как-то душно. Ощущение,что холодный воздух гоняется по кругу, а не засасывается свежий с улицы. Я уже даже не говорю о сосредоточенной работе в течение многих часов. Когда не открывается ни одно окошко, то получается "эффект теплицы". Рабочие кабинеты имеют стеклянные стены, что тоже не способствует созданию камерной атмосферы. Складывается ощущение, что ты все время навиду, как паук в банке, а ученым для сконцентрированной мыслительной деятельности, все-таки, требуется некоторая приватность. Апофеозом всего этого безобразия является полное отсутствие дверей в туалетах первого этажа и голые цементные стены на этажах. Бедные люди вынуждены постоянно дышать цементной пылью. Кстати, кафе в здании нет- надо бежать в соседнюю постройку. Вдобавок, аудитории первого этажа выходят прямо на довольно оживленную улицу, по которой с грохотом каждые минут 5 проезжает строительная техника. И никакие навороченные стеклопакеты тут не помогают. Здесь уже требуется звукопоглощающий забор между зданием и шоссе.
