A bit inadequate and and incompetent to say yhe least. So arrogant and rude attitude its unbelievable. Looks like she is still stuck in soviet times when it was acceptable but not in nowdays. Products are highly overrated and overpriced too - small jar of honey nearly €10..are you having a laugh?? - is made of gold or something? Surprised how she can anything if she speaks to customers like that? I advise you to get sone custo.er serciv training before you speak to customers. Maybe you can get more polite service in diffenet branches but feffibately DO NOT recomment to go to this one unleas you like like rude service.
