Modern sport club with expensive equipment, experienced stuff and swimming pool.

Rather dirty, not enough equipment and a lot of equipment is quite old.

Not a pleasant place to be.

Love this place! The staff is welcoming and always ready to help. Offers a broad variety of activities to choose from. Definitely a place which I would recommend

Fitness, gym, pool - everything what is needed. I specially appreciate possibility to have dressing room for kids if they are different gender than you ;)

Swimming pool, large Gym, maritial arts, Squash. They also have a cosy cafeteria with healthy and traditional food.

Be careful, the place is very expensive to participate and the equipment is old and the swimming pool no one care to clean everything is old there no even Ear conditioner and you will pay too much money in any other gym you get better treatment and new equipment an bigger place + possibility to visit another branches for less than this price.

Great facilities and staff too. One of the best squash korts in Riga.

It is a very good fitness center, using it to prepare myself for the triathlon challenge. Has a 25 meter pool, body bike training, treadmills etc.
I can recommend body bike training helped me a lot, and improved my endurance.
