The worst service ever. A cafe's worker dropped a few deserts on me. My skirt, shoes were dirty and wet. I spoken with a manager but she smiled and suggested to dry shoes and skirt with a hair dryer. It's really irresponsible, not professional behaviour from manager.
Food is cold, not taste good and really expensive. Not worth to go there.

Уникальное, можно сказать историческое место в зоопарке! Это кафе на горке уже давно привлекает к себе посетителей. Во-первых красивым видом с 2-х летних террас в обе противоположные стороны (на Кишозеро и на зоопарк), а во-вторых возможностью перекусить и перевести дух как раз на половине обзора (обхода) бесконечных дорожек зоопарка. The food is so bad that i dont think i have ever ate anything as bad in ANY restaurant before. The prices are insane for what they offer. Around 20 percent of rice were dry (or uncooked). The chicken goulash had skins floating inside. A french fries plus single chicken thigh and some salad would cost you around 8 euros. But considering this is a zoo i believe the idea from the owners of the restaurant is for the people to feel as close to pigs/wild boars as they could. I think the top of the cake would be if they get rid of the tables and just let people eat straight from the ground.
