Привела ребенка записать на курсы,изначально было сказано что у ребенка нулевые знания языка,нужно учить с нуля.Однако все равно посадили ребенка проверить знания английского🤦‍♀️Дали листы А4 тест с кучей предложений и вариантов.Мадам начала говорить с ребенком на английском.Посадила и ушла.Ребенок растерялся и заплакал.Меня как будто не слышали,что ребенок пришел за знаниями,у нее их нет.Как будто человек выполнял строгую инструкцию.Никакого личного подхода.В итоге через две недели не набрали группу,видимо и к лучшему для нас.Подход изначально не профессиональный.
