A true gem in Latvia. Definitely one of my top 3 places in the country. Simple menu, very exquisite food, mostly self-grown organic local and ingredients. Very talented chefs. Should have 2 Michelin stars!! Amazing wine selection. It’s a little bit a hidden gem, not marketed, not overhyped at all. My best recommendation and 10/10 points!

Singularly one of the greatest dining experiences ever. Max and the team's attention to detail is what makes the menu here so fascinating. I was particularly impressed by their focus on herbs and building upon a rich base of both Latvian and international cuisine. All dishes were standout but of particular praise to the pesto prepared at table side and the venison. The venue itself is unique; I believe a former factory that has been beautifully enhanced with modernity in the inside with an exposed kitchen an refrigeration units. I would recommend to anyone.
