Burgers are tasty but they are always cold inside. The meat doesn't look like it's coming from a grill. Same in Akropole. Already tried about 6 times from the day they first opened. Still no changes. If you go for a takeaway and want to eat at home, it's even worse, they are cold af. Hope this will change, as in Germany the quality of the burgers is on another level.

Nevertheless, that I’m mentioning to staff every time I come back that my previous meal was a little warm or just about cold, and would like to get a hot meal, I still get the same, cold meal, instead of a hot meal. My opinions are that, no attitude or attention to customer requests, just no good for this chain restaurant, improvements and better management needed.

The most unfortunate place. The burger is not tasty, the employees are completely unable to communicate with customers. I will never come here. Not worth the time.

They should have more employees there, poor people barely able to get orders for delivery, and added to that people inside, it's very busy,
