Asked interior only, but they 'didn't understand' and washed exterior also even more - apply wax! Was forced to pay. Quality not good. For example chair handle was wet and dirty, too much water inside car. WORST - they broke plastic Door Interior Light Switch Sensor. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED!

Car washing with hands. This place is rather busy so be prepared to wait but price is good and quality of job too. You can have a meal or snack in cafe while waiting.

A three star with indulgence as they overcharge if they feel that you are foreigner and from my point of view they need some training in how to talk to people.

Lazy people don't want to work, came an hour 30 mins before they close twice they said they are packing up.

Unfortunetly cannot recommend.

The most awful place to wash your car!!!!!! They can not their work and you just pay for to wash your car by yourself after. Never go there!!!!!! The attitude towards customer is awful !!!!!! I paid 75 eu for total recond and I needed to wash my car by myself after this. They didnt wash inside as how I paid and had awful attitude!!!!!! I really NOT RECOMMEND this really bad place. !!!!!!

Please avoid the place. I did use their service once and never again. After car wash & waxing there are 2 scratches on windshield, driver's side. As a result needed to bring the car to Mazda official garage and I was informed that they can not fix it and a new windshield is needed.

Also, the service itself seems to be stuck in 90s—the attitude and their flexibility. I have a new car and had ceramic coating on it. The car dealer suggested us to use a wax which was provided by Mazda to keep the coating on as long as possible. Employees of the car wash said "they do not use any other wax, we can deal with it by ourselves".

Same as in other reviews—you have no idea which person to address, where is entrance, where to pay. Employees do not help you with it. I actually had to call their customer service number to ask where is the entrance even thought employees saw we were walking around and trying to get a hang of them. Employees are smoking inside and the whole vibe was not pleasant at all. I did not have a good feeling about it as soon as I left the car alone there.
